On 18 January 2024, the President of FOQUS, Rachele Furfaro, signed the concession deed for the property, which will lead to the expected start of the works.
While waiting for the start date of the works, FOQUS has already started the training courses for the production of chocolate and on the HCCP legislation, necessary for the launch of the project aimed at creating the "Chocolate of the Spanish Quarters", and has already given a mandate to one graphic study for the creation of the packaging with which the chocolate will be marketed.
