The event “The Transparent Administration web app meets the territories – The numbers of the Unione Romagna Faentina“: a moment of presentation of the Union's performance, seen through the lens of web app, and a comparison on the close connection between performance and transparency, in support of the strengthening of local authorities first and foremost.
The open source application created by the Department of Regional Affairs and Autonomies, within the framework of the ITALY project, with the collaboration of our Foundation, received the applause of those present, as a tool for simplification and usable communication of the performance of an organization, which is part of the ongoing digital transformation process.
“There is no need to fear the web app because the data it reports are already public, even if little known, and indeed it is a tool that offers the possibility of accessing a lot of information in zero time through a single access point.“, said Paolo Ravaioli, Director and General Coordinator of the Union.
The event saw the interventions of the Director of the Department of Regional Affairs and Autonomies, Giovanni Vetritto; of the General Director of Resources, Europe – Innovation and Institutions of the Emilia-Romagna Region, Francis Frieri; of the Councilor for Digital Agenda, Legality, and Fight against Poverty of the Emilia-Romagna Region, Elena Mazzoni; as well as the Romagna Faentina Union with the contributions of Paul Ravaioli, already mentioned, of the Manager of the financial area, Christina Randi, and of the Councillor for Welfare, Europe and Smart City of the Municipality of Faenza, David Agresti.
