Timeliness of payments is a very useful indicator for both entrepreneurs and citizens.
In fact, for a company it is crucial in order, for example, to make an informed decision whether to participate in a tender, and for citizens, it is useful to get a concrete idea of the administrative efficiency of their Municipality: what effective contribution can a body that is unable to meet its spending commitments within the expected time guarantee to local economic development?
REP. Center, a technical-scientific spin-off of our Foundation, carried out the analysis of this indicator in relation to the provincial capitals and discussed it with Il Messaggero.
