On the morning of Tuesday 3 December 2024, the training course entitled “Transparency and civic monitoring in the implementation of the PNRR. The role of PA and citizens“, made by LIBenter, a temporary association of specific purposes promoted by our Foundation together with the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan.
The course aims to experiment a new way of collaboration between civil society and public administration for the best implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Thanks to the LIB trainersenter, supported by specialists identified for their specific expertise, we want to subject to civic monitoring some PNRR investment projects being implemented in the Municipality of Alessandria and in some Municipalities of the Province.
As stated by our Director, Camilla Turelli, there is great satisfaction for this initiative that sees PA and citizens working together through a tool that, in compliance with roles and competences, aims to simplify the dialogue between the parties, allowing the Institutions to enhance the work they carry out also in terms of accountability and citizens to more easily understand the work carried out by the body with which they interact every day.
The dowry brought by Fondazione Etica to LIBenter it is that of the experience in the comparative evaluation of the PAs called to spend the PNRR money: having evaluated them before constitutes a compass to read the results today and to support PAs and citizens to orient themselves in the monitoring.
