Monday, January 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Refectory Hall of the Chamber of Deputies in Rome, will be presented the first Civic Monitoring Report produced by LIBenter.
The Report documents the results of civic monitoring carried out by citizens through administrative transparency tools, focusing on investment projects of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) of 112 Italian provincial capitals. Each municipality was analyzed for at least one project, offering a unique overview of the effectiveness and transparency of local administrations in implementing the PNRR.
The PNRR involves public resources of general interest that affect the daily life of each citizen and future generations: it is therefore important that not only are they implemented, but that this is done in an effective and transparent manner, ensuring an ethical and optimal use of public funds.
The works will be coordinated by Nicoletta Parisi and Dino Rinoldi, who will present the role of LIBenter as an operational platform for civic monitoring and collaboration between citizens and public bodies.
The debate will see the interventions of Benedict of the Widow (Member of the Italian Republic and representative of +Europa) Geneva Bruzzone (Presidency of the Council of Ministers - PNRR Mission Structure), Aline Pennisi (MEF), Joseph Busia (ANAC), Paola Caporossi (Ethical Foundation and LIB Management Committeeenter), Sabina DeLuca (Forum Inequalities Diversity).
