The digital monitoring platform for PNRR projects, developed by LIBenter, fully operational since October, is being populated with projects, financed and launched within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, for which the verification and monitoring activity was started by citizens who feel the responsibility to accompany, through the tools of control and widespread social supervision, the work to which the Public Administrations are called upon.
Through an ever-increasing number of analyzed projects, it will be possible arrive at an aggregate evaluation with signaling value, necessary to outline a structured and meaningful overview of the real progress of the implementation of the PNRR.
To do this, we believe everyone's contribution is important and to facilitate the monitoring process, the LIB staffenter organize fortnightly meetings by video conference with all citizens who wish to do their part, in order to support them in the analysis activity, answering any doubts or verifying together the difficulties that may be encountered along the way. We know, in fact, that finding the documents and data useful for informed monitoring can be complex and follow "tortuous" paths and, in fact, also for this reason we have created a handbook dedicated to the use of the main databases, useful for this purpose.

LIbenter wants to contribute, together with citizens, to combating waste of resources which could prove to be disastrous for a country that is burdening its future generations (which, moreover, ISTAT forecasts predict will be in sharp decline) with an already record public debt in absolute terms: the verification of the management of these resources constitutes one of the tools that we can implement today as active and responsible citizenship.
