The kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ project for the world of Vocational Education and Training (VET – Vocational Education and Training), funded by the European Union, which Fondazione Etica was awarded together with General Anti-Corruption Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior of Romania and to Directorate of Internal Security of the Ministry of the Interior of Bulgaria, was held on Wednesday 20 March in Bucharest.
The project, entitled Promoting Integrity Through Organizational Change and Behavior Tailored Interventions, aims to implement a methodology and a tool assessment of the integrity of public personnel, with a view to preventing corruption and improving the performance of Public Administrations.
The financed project envisages, during the three years of joint work, an intense exchange of best practices and interaction between different types of skills, for the development of integrated tools to adapt to specific national contexts.
Next appointments in June in Sofia and in September in Milan.
