The project manager has been identified in the architect Phd Giannicola Bacci, who elaborated the various drafts of the renovation project of the Ex-Enaoli building.
Below is the final version of the prospectus presented to the Municipal Administration of Grosseto, with the copious documentation necessary for the start of the works.
Cost estimates and company selection
At the same time, the request for estimates for the construction, electrical and plumbing works was launched, necessary to renovate the regional building entrusted under concession to LU.CI Aps, so as to adapt it to the social impact purposes indicated by the institution Tuscan Regional Lands (company controlled by the Tuscany Region as of 100%) with the public notice of 6 March 2018 and approved at the time of the concession of the property to the association on 05/06/2019, with the signing of the Disciplinary of assignment on 02/07 /2019 between the Grantor and the Dealer.
Seven companies in the area were contacted for the construction of the work to be carried out and three for the supply of the industrial kitchen. After a careful evaluation of the offers received, the best one was chosen both in terms of value for money and in terms of commitment to complete the works by 31 March 2020.
On that date, in fact, the Cooperative will begin to take over Social Solidarity and Growthwith president Albert Brugi and director Walter Finocchi, which will manage two of the three activities envisaged within the building.
The contractor has been identified in the consortium COMIT Soc. Coop., with registered office in Grosseto, via Jordan 131, which will work with the following companies:
Edilmark Srl, with registered office in Grosseto, Via Monterosa 38;
Rosso Daniele, Zanelli Stefano & Goffo Massimo Snc, with registered office in Grosseto, via Giusti 56;
Courses Andrea Impianti & Cablaggi Srl, with registered office in Roccastrada (Gr), via Prato 2.
For the kitchen, the most professionally valid offer was that of the company:
Moretti Silvano Snc of Moretti, with registered office in Grosseto, via Jordan 10.
Work start
After that, on 14 January 2020, Ente Terre Regionali Toscane authorized the construction, hydraulic and electrical interventions on the building entrusted under concession according to the planning presented in the request (protocol n. 167/2020 of 9 January 2020), the construction site was opened in the last week of January 2020, with the first dismantling and safety works of the existing systems and fixtures.
